1. Service Agreement

By engaging Flawless Garden Concepts for garden design and landscaping services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to garden design, landscape architecture, plant installation, and maintenance services.

2. Project Scope and Timeline

All projects begin with a detailed consultation to establish scope, timeline, and budget. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, permit requirements, or material availability. We will communicate any delays promptly.

3. Payment Terms

Design consultations require 50% payment upfront with the balance due upon completion. Installation projects require 30% down payment, 40% at project midpoint, and 30% upon completion. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 2-year warranty on all plant materials and a 5-year warranty on hardscape installations under normal use conditions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage from extreme weather, negligence, or lack of proper maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage resulting from natural disasters, pests, or diseases affecting plant materials.

6. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation fees may apply for ordered materials or scheduled installations.
